Many people know what they need to eat to be healthier - the problem lies in actually doing this.
How long does it take?
Counselling and Coaching needs vary according to each individual and we will discuss your requirements at the free initial 30 minute consultation. We will review progress regularly and I will use your feedback to ensure your needs are being met.
What happens at the free initial consultation?
I offer a free initial 30 minute consultation so you have a chance to meet me or talk by phone, and decide if what I am offering will suit you. I will also assess whether I am able to help you to achieve your goals through support and motivation.
We will also discuss how I work in more detail, including an assessment at the first 50 minute session, how integrative counselling and coaching works and how achievable your goals are.
